- We do not have an EXCHANGE or REFUND Policy.
- However, you can conveniently exchange ONLY if any wrong product or defective product is shipped out, and only if notified to us within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- For all returns, please use a reliable courier service.
- The costs for the return will be borne by the customer, but it will be reimbursed on the final review of the returned product.
- Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place, and ensure the returning product is shipped out back to us within 5 days.
- Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
